About Ronda

I’m Ronda — mentor, coach, empowerment ambassador, breast cancer survivor, and the woman behind Roar Like a Woman.

This project started as a deeply personal journey to reclaim my own voice and worth, and has turned into a movement to help others do the same.

After surviving breast cancer, I made a decision: everything I do moving forward will be lived #WithPurpose. That mantra has shaped my life, my work, and my publishing imprint, Act With Purpose Publishing.

And it is now shaping my career as I step away from corporate America and step into the space of full-time coaching and mentorship. My first focus is to help women in construction break the concrete ceiling, through empowered confidence, bold leadership, and unshakeable tenacity.
