Returns and Exchanges
Roar Like A Woman® accepts returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at Ronda@RoarLikeAWomanOfficial.com within 14 days of delivery and I'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Policy
I want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

To request a replacement or refund:
Email me at Ronda@RoarLikeAWomanOfficial.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, if applicable.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued, I’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Professional Mentoring and Advisory Services
The following terms apply to mentoring sessions and mentoring packages purchased through this website.

  • Refunds: If you change your mind after purchasing, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided your session has not already taken place. For multi-session packages, a refund is available within 72 hours of purchase only if none of the sessions have taken place. After 72 hours, purchases are nonrefundable.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll find another time that works for you. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in that session being forfeited. For packages, a forfeiture applies only to the affected session and does not affect your remaining sessions.
  • Professional Advisory: Customized Professional Advisory engagements are governed by the terms of their individual agreements.

Courses

  • Cancellations received at least seven days before the first scheduled course session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received within seven days of the first session, or after the course begins, are non-refundable.
  • Enrollment is non-transferable.
  • Missed sessions are not eligible for partial refunds or credits.
  • If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out to me directly to discuss your situation.
