I Choose Calm Over Chaos
🔥 Roarffirmations | September 23, 2025
This week’s Roarffirmation is a gentle reminder that calm is not something we wait for—it’s something we choose.
đź’¬ Roarffirmation:
I release unnecessary worries.
I choose calm over chaos.
I honor the strength within me
And stay grounded in the present moment.
Life rarely gives us the “perfect” conditions for peace. The inbox fills. The to-do list multiplies. The unexpected interruptions arrive right on schedule. If we wait for chaos to disappear before we breathe, we’ll be waiting forever.
Instead, calm becomes an act of courage. A choice. A declaration.
🌸 I will not carry what isn’t mine.
🌸 I will not rehearse future worries that may never come true.
🌸 I will not let today slip away because I am consumed by tomorrow.
When we choose calm, we’re not ignoring the storm—we’re simply choosing not to live inside it.
Here are a few ways to practice today’s Roarffirmation in real life:
- Pause and breathe. Try the 4-2-6 method: inhale for 4, hold for 2, exhale for 6.
- Ground yourself. Place both feet on the floor, close your eyes, and notice what you feel under your hands, what you hear, what you smell.
- Release the “what-ifs.” Write down a worry, then cross it out with the words not mine to carry today. Or instead of "what if it doesn't work out?", try "what if it does work out?"
- Return to the present. Ask yourself: What is true right now?
The more we practice, the easier it becomes to recognize that calm is always available. It lives within us, waiting for us to return.
Today, I invite you to whisper this Roarffirmation aloud—once in the morning, once in the evening, and any time you feel pulled back into chaos:
✨ I release unnecessary worries. I choose calm over chaos. I honor the strength within me and stay grounded in the present moment.
Let’s choose calm together.
