In our first session, we'll get clear on where you are, what you want and what's in the way.

From there, each session builds on the last: you try new approaches in real situations, we look at what worked, and we adjust. Over four sessions, the value isn't only advice. It's a continuing relationship with someone who knows your context and helps you stay accountable to your goals.

How do mentoring sessions take place?

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom. After your purchase, you'll receive instructions for scheduling your session and joining the meeting.

How do I schedule my session?

After your purchase, I will be in touch to find a time that works for you.

How long do I have to use my four sessions?

For the greatest benefit, I recommend completing your four mentoring sessions within three months of purchase. This allows us to build on each conversation, maintain momentum, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

However, I understand that schedules and circumstances vary, so we can work together to establish a timeline that fits your needs.

What should I prepare before our session?

Come with the situation, decision or goal you'd like to work on. A few notes about the context, the people involved and what you've already tried will help us make the most of our time together.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. Our mentoring conversations are private and confidential. What you share will not be disclosed to others without your permission, except where required by law. Sessions may be transcribed for my personal note-taking and preparation of your follow-up materials. Any transcription will be used solely for these purposes.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Absolutely! I understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll find another time that works for you. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.

If you change your mind after purchasing, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided your session hasn't already taken place. After that, purchases are nonrefundable.
