✨ Boutique accommodations
✨ Cozy fireplaces, farmhouse breakfasts, and peaceful countryside surroundings
✨ Limited to only 4 participants for a highly personalized experience
I can't wait to welcome you to Hartwell.
When I began imagining this retreat, I wasn't thinking about presentations, workbooks, or fully planned itineraries.
I was thinking about something I wish I had experienced during my own career.
A place where women in construction could step away from the constant demands of work, spend meaningful time together, and have the kinds of conversations that are often rushed, interrupted, or never happen at all.
Throughout my career, I've learned that some of the most valuable insights don't come from a conference room. They happen over coffee in the morning, around the dinner table, sitting beside a fireplace, or during an honest conversation with someone who simply understands.
That's the experience I want to create for you.
Yes, we'll spend time reflecting on our careers, sharing ideas, and supporting one another's growth. But more than anything, this retreat is about creating space for reflection, connection, and becoming intentional about whatever comes next.
I hope you'll join me for this experience.
Imagine arriving on Friday afternoon, settling into your room, and taking a deep breath as the pace of everyday life begins to fade.
Over the course of the weekend, we'll enjoy home-cooked farmhouse breakfasts, relaxed dinners, meaningful conversations, and intentional time to simply slow down.
Whether we're sharing ideas over coffee, gathering around the fireplace in the evening, or enjoying quiet moments on the porch, every part of the weekend is designed to create space for connection, reflection, and genuine fellowship.
We'll also spend time celebrating accomplishments, sharing challenges, exchanging ideas, and encouraging one another as we think intentionally about what's next. There won't be pressure to perform or keep up. Just a supportive environment where every woman has the opportunity to be heard, encouraged, and inspired.
Throughout the weekend, you'll also have opportunities to enjoy everything The Beacon has to offer, from farm-fresh breakfasts and complimentary happy hour to lake access, peaceful walking paths, and beautiful countryside surroundings.
One of the things that makes this retreat so special is that, for most of the weekend, The Beacon becomes our home away from home. With the property largely to ourselves, we'll have the freedom to gather, relax, enjoy quiet moments, and simply be present together.
See "The Beacon Bed & Breakfast" section below to learn more about this incredible property.
My hope is that you'll leave with more than memories. I hope you'll leave with lasting friendships, renewed confidence, fresh inspiration, and a deeper sense of what's possible for your future.
✨ Two nights of boutique accommodations at The Beacon Bed & Breakfast

✨ Authentic connection with women who understand the unique realities of working in construction
✨ Time to unwind while enjoying The Beacon's scenic property, peaceful lakefront, and quiet spaces designed for rest and reflection
When I began looking for the perfect location for this retreat, I didn't have to look very far.
Several years ago, while traveling to Hartwell for work, I discovered The Beacon Bed & Breakfast. What started as a place to stay quickly became my home away from home.
The owners welcomed me with genuine kindness, hospitality, and care, and over time we became friends. They even welcomed my dog on many of my visits, making the experience feel even more like home.
When it came time to choose a location for this retreat, there was never really another option. I wanted to create this experience in a place that had already become so meaningful to me.
Today, I can't imagine a better place to slow down, enjoy meaningful conversation, build lasting friendships, and simply breathe.
I hope you'll come to love The Beacon as much as I have.
