The ROAR Hour | September 17, 2026
Date: September 17, 2026
Time: 8:00pm ET
What’s happening at work that you wish you could talk through with other women who get it?
Maybe you're dealing with a difficult conversation, navigating a leadership challenge, struggling with a boundary, considering a career decision, or facing a situation that has you wondering, “How would someone else handle this?”
Bring it to the ROAR.
This session of The ROAR Hour™ is a little different. There’s no featured topic and no presentation. Instead, we’re opening the conversation to you.
Bring a challenge, question, situation, or idea you’d like to talk through with other women in construction. Together, we'll share perspectives, ask questions, offer ideas, and draw on the collective experience in the room.
And you don't have to bring a problem to participate. You’re equally welcome to come listen, contribute your perspective, share an experience, or simply connect with other women who understand what it’s like to work and lead in construction.
Whether you're early in your career or have decades of experience, this session is designed to create space for honest conversation, shared experiences, encouragement, and connection.
Session Flow
The first 45 minutes will include a facilitated discussion around the featured topic, followed by optional open conversation and networking for attendees who would like to continue connecting and sharing experiences.
The ROAR Hour™is a facilitated virtual meetup for women in construction designed to create space for honest conversation, meaningful connection, career growth, and community among women navigating the realities of the industry together.
Each session includes guided discussion around a featured topic, followed by optional open conversation and networking time in a supportive, low-pressure virtual environment.
This is a facilitated discussion-based virtual meetup, not a formal webinar or training session. Sessions will be hosted via Zoom, and registrants will receive the meeting link through a formal invitation once registration is complete.
Participants are welcome (but never pressured) to engage in conversation, share experiences, ask questions, or simply listen and connect with others in a supportive virtual environment.
